Accessibility

The following services are available to everyone onsite, with no advanced request required:

To properly coordinate services, all requests must be received by May 30th. Requests for services received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

An accessibility concierge will be available by phone or text during event hours. The phone number will be made available closer to the event. If you will need any assistance prior to being onsite, please reach out to customer support at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to request services or accommodations. To properly coordinate services, all requests must be received by May 30th. Requests for services received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Halal, kosher, and vegan meals will be available by pre-order while supplies last. Please contact awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to pre-order your meal.
Hotels

Yes, you will be able to access exclusive discounted rates at select hotels after completing registration. These rates are limited, available to registered attendees only, and will be automatically reflected when you book one of our select hotels through your attendee portal; no code is needed.

After completing registration, select Book hotel from the confirmation page or Book or manage hotel from the attendee portal to make a reservation. We expect hotels to fill quickly and recommend booking early to secure the discounted rate.

Participating hotels can be reserved through the attendee portal at a discounted rate with no code needed through the block close date. Hotel reservations are intended only for registered attendees. Each attendee is allowed to book one single, consecutive reservation; the system does not support multiple reservations. Reservations are non-transferrable. Attendees will be charged a deposit to secure their reservation. Cancellation policies are outlined by each respective hotel. Housing blocks close approximately four weeks prior to the event and at that time, all changes must be made directly with the hotel. While AWS facilitates the discounted booking, the hotels are solely responsible for determining room assignments.

Yes. You are required to provide a credit card when booking a hotel reservation. Your card will be charged directly by the hotel prior to your check-in date.

You will receive a confirmation email after completing your hotel reservation.

Up to and through May 15th, you can make changes to your hotel reservation through your attendee portal by selecting Book or manage hotel, or email customer support at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com for assistance. For changes after May 15th, you will need to reach out directly to the hotel.

All reservations made through the re:Inforce attendee portal follow the hotel cancellation policies. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their cancellation policy.

No, transportation is not included with your re:Inforce registration. Conference hotels are in close proximity to the convention center.

A full conference pass costs $1,099 and discounts are available. We recommend registering early to take advantage of discounted hotel rates (reservations are limited and available first-come-first-served in the attendee portal after completing registration). Register now.

The keynote and innovation talks will be viewable via livestream during the event, and available to watch on demand after the event. AWS re:Inforce breakout content is highly interactive and designed for in-person participation, so we aren’t able to make the majority of learning sessions available virtually.

AWS re:Inforce offers the most AWS Security-focused content of any AWS event, with more than 250 scheduled learning sessions. Formats include breakout sessions, builders' sessions, chalk talks, code talks, lightning talks, and workshops. Content levels range from intermediate to expert. Self-paced labs and gamified learning opportunities are also available.

The event catalog is now available and will be updated regularly leading up to re:Inforce.

There won't be reserved seating for re:Inforce; all sessions are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis.

For workshops and builders' sessions you will be required to have a laptop. For all other session types, there are no requirements to join, but we recommend reviewing the session level and bringing something you can take notes with.

Yes, the keynote and innovation talks will be available to watch live. Registration for the livestream will be available at a later date.

Select slide decks and videos will be available on the event website after re:Inforce 2025. The keynote and innovation talks will be available 24-48 hours after the live broadcasts; all other videos and slide decks will be posted within two weeks of the event.

The AWS re:Inforce conference pass is $1,099. Bringing a team? You can purchase 5 full conference passes at a discounted rate of $949 per ticket and get the 6th pass free.

Your re:Inforce 2025 conference pass includes access to all the learning content available at re:Inforce, including the keynote, innovation talks, breakout content, and self-paced builder labs. In addition, your pass gives you admission to the Expo, breakfast, lunch, and snacks on full conference days, and other event activities including the closing reception.

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to receive their conference badge at the event.

No. A full conference pass must be purchased to attend re:Inforce.

Yes. You need to be registered for the conference in order to attend any event sessions or functions. A valid conference badge and lanyard are required when in the designated event spaces.

Group passes allow you to purchase two or more passes in a single transaction, and provide the purchaser with insight into who is registered under their passes. They do not provide a group discount or additional conference perks. You will need to purchase a group pass for each person attending.
Groups of 5 or more can take advantage of Group Pass Offers which provide a $150 discount off of the Full Conference Pass and one free pass every 5 passes purchased. Terms and conditions apply. -
During registration, you’ll see the option to purchase group passes. If you plan to attend the event, you’ll be able to apply a pass to yourself after you complete the purchase.
If you are planning to bring a group of 5 or more attendees, you can take advantage of Group Pass Offers. Group Pass Offers provide a $150 discount off of the full conference pass and one free pass for every 5 passes purchased. Terms and conditions apply.Upon completing the purchase, your group codes will be available in the attendee portal under the Pass management tab. Provide the registration code to each person attending and they will apply the code when registering to remove the cost of the conference pass. Each person must register and book a hotel room through their own account.

Profile information can be updated through your attendee portal under the Event profile tab. To make any other changes, email customer support. Note that email addresses cannot be changed in your account after registration is complete.

Resend your receipt and confirmation email through the Pass management tab in your attendee portal.

Contact us at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com to transfer your event registration. We are not able to transfer hotel reservations. Transfers are approved by AWS at its sole discretion.

If AWS receives your cancellation notice by May 4, 2025, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice between May 5, 2025, and June 9, 2025, AWS will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice after June 9, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by AWS. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact us at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com.

All attendees at re:Inforce commit to the AWS Event Terms and Conditions and AWS Code of Conduct as part of the registration process.
